Information we collect
TeamVexa may process information you provide when creating an account, purchasing a subscription, contacting support, hosting a meeting or joining a meeting.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the TeamVexa service, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, provide support, improve reliability and protect the platform from abuse.
Meeting communications
Live meeting functions may process participant names, audio, video, chat and collaboration data as required to deliver the service. TeamVexa does not market the platform as a permanent file-storage service.
Payments
Subscription purchases may be processed through WooCommerce and connected payment providers. Payment providers may process payment information under their own privacy terms.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect TeamVexa systems and accounts. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
